Research On Investment Risk Assessment Of A Wind Power Project

Affected by the continuous rise of global energy,the continuous progress of wind power technology,the continuous reduction of wind power cost and the strong support of the state,wind power construction projects are increasing.In terms of the characteristics of the project itself,it has the characteristics of high investment,high risk and long cycle.Under the development background of the increasing installed capacity of wind power,the investment risk assessment of risk projects is of great practical significance.Taking a wind power project as the research object,this paper evaluates the investment risk of a wind power project through literature research and empirical analysis.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of a wind power project and introduces the project resources,including natural resources and social resources.Secondly,it analyzes the investment risk of a wind power project,including financial problems,project risk management problems and policy problems.Thirdly,it constructs the investment risk assessment index system of a wind power project,introduces the construction principle of the investment risk assessment index system of a wind power project,the determination of the investment risk assessment index of a wind power project,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the investment risk assessment index of a wind power project.Then,it introduces the selection of investment risk assessment methods of a wind power project,scores a wind power project through expert scoring method,and makes an empirical analysis of investment risk assessment of a wind power project combined with set fuzzy evaluation method and extension matter-element theory.Finally,the eigenvalue of the corresponding risk variable of a wind power project is3.7201,which belongs to medium risk.Moreover,among the primary risk factors,economic,management,environmental and ecological risks are the main risks,and the secondary risks are social,policy and technical risks.Among the secondary risk factors,financial,ecological balance,contractor,safe construction,environmental research and other risks have high risks.By evaluating the investment risk of project a and according to the principle of risk grade treatment,this paper puts forward risk avoidance measures from the perspectives of policy risk,environmental risk,environmental and ecological risk,technical risk,economic risk,social risk and management risk,puts forward effective avoidance measures for the risks faced by project a in the investment process,and realizes the sustainable operation and development of project a,It also provides a positive practical basis for promoting the optimization of other domestic wind power projects facing the same development problems as a wind power project.
