With the continuing consummation of running system of market economy and the more intense companies among enterprises,more and more companies are aware of the significance of improving management to company's development.However the sale is regarded as the key fact to the existence of company.The marketing employees hold the life line of the company.How to impersonally and fairly evaluate very marking employee's working chievements performance often embarrasses the company.It is original from the salesmen's special role in the company about choosing the salesmen's performance as research subject.It analysis and discuss the subject h ow to evaluate reasonably the salesmen's performance, improve their competency and inspire their activity,etc.
