In1992, mainland China brought in personal jife insurance agent mechanism. After more than20years of development, personal agency sales of salesman has become the main marketing channels of life insurance companies. As the core force of personal life insurance sales, the management of sales team become a key link in the process of the operation of life insurance companies, improving the enthusiasm of life insurance salesman to make them produce higher sales performance and high quality service directly related to the long-term development of the life insurance company.For a long time, the life insurance companies constantly explore the management of the salesman, complete and innovate management method and team business pattern. The goal is to establish life insurance sales team which has qualified sale, superior performance, low loss rate and good service quality. But the current situation presents many problems such as management structure which need improvement, low degree of sales, low quality of service and sales, the lack of education for the law and rule. The China Insurance regulatory commission instructed a requirement to insurance that "prevent risk, improve regulatory, improve service quality, and promote development". Therefore, regard of that, it’s the key for insurance companies to organize and get improved the management method of insurance sales.In the end of2013, Gansu branch of Ping an life insurance company of China is one of most important parts of Gansu life insurance market. This article is to offer a management reference way for the management of Ping An life insurance salesmen. With promoting the continual development of insurance companies through the investigation and analysis in the insurance market in Gansu province, combination of the sales management, human resource, structure management and strategic management.This article made sales management mode of Pingan life insurance company of Gansu branch and business plan research as the main argument topic through the research of theory of sales management and human resource management, combined with sales management of the current market and try to put forward the perfect measures in terms of sales management. Due to the shortage of materials in research, we are still lack of systematic and deep research on sales management of China’s personal life insurance industry.
