With the constant deepening of the electricity reform,it has become a very urgent problem that how to achieve the strategic objectives through enterprise performance management,normalize organizational behavior and value orientation,and stimulate own potential and improve core competitiveness for the Power Enterprise.A scientific, systematic and rational performance management system is established in this paper with Shenyang Power Supply Company as the research object of in order to upgrade management level of the power supply enterprise and achieve the strategic objectives of an enterprise.The performance evaluation index system is designed by system theory,the key indicators and the Balanced Scorecard method based on the performance status of Shenyang power supply company,and a performance management system is builded based on systems theory in this paper.Finally,the performance management system is demonstrated effectively and feasibly through practice. |
