BT Joint-stock Company is one of the state-level high-tech enterprises that does businesses mainly on the processing of titanium and titanium alloy extension and sales.With the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the performance management system of BT Joint-stock Company is unable to adapt to the company’s strategic development requirements gradually,mainly reflected in the serious overdue delivery,the low yield,the key talent losses,the lack of scientific and the effective performance evaluation method.Resulting in the annual corporate financial deficits,the survival and developing difficulties in 2016,due to the lack of enthusiasm for staff.Aiming at stimulating the full work enthusiasm and achieving the company’s strategic development goals,the paper reconstructs the Forging Plant performance management system of BT Joint-stock Company based on the analysis of the status quo.The practice here could provide the useful enlightenment for how to establish the performance management system of state-owned manufacturing enterprises.Based on the problem and dilemma of the BT Joint-stock Company,it is studied on the current situation of performance management in the factory,designing analysis and redesigning content.Extending the target management theory and designing fitted the actual situation of the factory performance management system in further.The systems studied here mainly include the Forging Plant performance management present situation analysis of the causes,the drawing of BT strategic map,and the designing of Forging Plant performance management system.During the designation of the performance management system,it is studied from the perspective of performance plan and applied the key performance indicators(KPI)library to make the performance target is challenging and can be implemented through the consultations.And to ensure the achievement of the performance target,the information collecting of target completing progress and potential obstacles,etc.are necessary during the stage of performance implementing.Then,the performance evaluation is acted by using the contrast method or forced distribution method.At last,the improvement project is developed according to the performance feedback and improvement theory.After all,it is summarized and complemented based on the design schemes,and the future work of the performance management is also prospected.
