Research On Quality Management And Control For Architecture Project

Architecture industry is the backbone of national economy. Quality management is the key and the core during project constructing management. It is a main link in enhancing our country's kernel competency in architecture industry. After Chinese government proposed to enlarge domestic demands under the circumstance of global financial crisis, a new round of construction projects will be started one after another. How to make good use of these funds and how to improve quality management level facing the unprecedented challenges and opportunities become a current earnest problem.The paper is written based on one building's construction to show the main elements and important links affecting construction quality. Each construction project has its own features. With cause-effect method and Pareto chart etc, based on ISO9000 standard rules, quality control group should take a systematic analysis to undertake construction quality management from quality object, quality planning, and quality guarantee to quality controlling. QC activities are conducted according to Dai Ming's link to push forward the quality process.The paper puts quality control theory into actual architecture project quality control process. It uses various quality controlling tools to project quality process systematically. QC activities are conducted efficiently for the guarantee of project's quality. At last, the researcher proposes constructive advices for architecture quality control based on problems emerged in the project's quality management. The advices will be valuable for architecture enterprise's reference.
