Then we can adopt it to the stage of economic development and soocial life.Weihai, as a new medium-sized cities,the labor migration has become more and more important for economic development,in order to grasp the law of labor mobility and find our the trend of labor mobility,it is very necessary to explore the influencing factors of the labor immigrants of Weihai.The main idea of this article is that:Based on the connotation of labor mobility and the general forms,the thesis reserch on objective basic of labor immigration,in economic restructuring period.And that is the basic theory of the paper.Then it analyzes the power factor in labor migration and pointing out the promotion of labor mobility of the force.Based on the power factor in the labor movement,this thesis will build a gray relational model with the labor movement of Weihai and the specific factors,,and analyzes the impact of factors with the sara at Weihai.At last,combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience,it try to give proposal for Weihai city.This article is divided into four part:In the first part,based on the analyzes of domestic and international theory about labor migration,the thesis re-defines the connotation of labor mobility and its general forms.The so-called labor force fluxion,means that labor force for acquiring the higher labor income,flow between region,industries and secions.Following the new definition,the thesis analyses the status of labor mobility in Weihai,angd get out the main problems the facing the flow:the quality of the labor force is not high and upgradingof industrial Weihai;a large number of higher technical level leave Weihai, and weakened international competitiveness;scale expansion of the labor mobility brings pressure on urban management.In the second part,in order to control the flow of labor and alleviate the contradictions in the labor market Weihai,this paper analyzes the power factor in labor migration and pointing out that the promotion of labor mobility of the force are: the level of regional economic development and reasonable industrial structure, regional the income gap,higher human capital and technological progress,etc.;The restricting the flow of labor force include:the household registration system,the flow of high costs and the flow of Social discrimination encountered and other factors. These factors affect the role decide the status of labor mobility,if the pushing effects are greater than the force pulling force is conducive to the inflow of labor in Weihai City,and expanding of the labor market,and optimizing the structure of the labor force;on the other hand,the it will cause the outflow of labor.In the third part,based on the power factor in the labor movement,this thesis will build a gray relational model with the labor movement of Weihai and the specific factors.And it comes in four broad categories of factors,the first factor is the labor itself,the second factor is system and policies progress,the third factor is the economic factors,the fourth factor is the scientific and technological.In the forth part,with the conclusions,combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience,the thesis try to give proposal for Weihai city.It suggests that thegovement must introduce policy to accelerate economic and promote the science.Besides,they must reform the system of labor market and improve the quality of workers.
