Performance feedback is an important part of performance appraisal management. With increasingly fierce competition among the organizations, more and more organizations increasingly tend to improve individual performance to enhance organizational performance. The performance feedback has been widely proven to promote individual performance; therefore, performance feedback has been common research interest of the academic researchers.This paper discusses the effect between the performance feedback and job performance, which should be useful to promote the performance feedback, the performance feedback system is a part of the performance management, which has positive effect to the individual and organizational performance.On the basis of reviews the literatures, hypotheses have been settled in the study. And then, with the 255 samples from YZ company, this paper study the relationship between performance feedback, job satisfaction, and employee performance, the findings indicate:employee performance is significant positive correlated with performance feedback and job satisfaction, job satisfaction is significantly related to performance feedback, the role of job satisfaction has been mediator variable between performance feedback and employee performance. These findings is valuable for the organization to improve performance feedback management so that it can enhance employee job satisfaction, resulting in enhancing the performance of individual employees, these findings have not only academic contributions to prove the path between the two variables, but also have implicational values.Moreover, this paper, describes the current situation of the performance feedback, job satisfaction and employee performance in YZ company, and it concludes the disadvantages of the performance management in YZ company, the conclusion shows, the further improvements of performance feedback in YZ company are still needed. Finally, this paper give the advices to improve the performance feedback of YZ Company, which includes: establishing performance feedback systems, innovating performance feedback management. These recommendations will be useful for the company to improve its performance feedback system to enhance employee performance and organization performance.
