China's banking reform not noly in property rights and governance, but also in its organizational structure, business processes, evaluation mechanisms. it should be said that the processing bank is initially involved ,but the lack of banks willing to process a clear framework guide the system reform in these areas. China Construction Bank, China Bank of Communications, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Minsheng Bank have been clearly put forward the construction of banks, promote the process of the bank building from the system point of view.Although the domestic banking has a more full understanding to process the need for the bank building, but regulatory department, or commercial banks are lack of a unified way of building awareness in bank building on the specific process models. Therefore, the banks have different processes on how to push forward the process of the bank building, and the specific arrangements. There isn't currently successful model of the bank building. Generally, it should be said that are still at the exploratory stage. this paper describes the current bank building in the background process, the current research, as well as the purpose of this paper and the question to be resolved. Generally, it describes theories of the process reengineering and process banks. On the one hand, it is to define the basic concept of the bank building, a brief review of the historical process and development of the bank building; On the other hand, it defines the scope of commercial banks in the process of the bank building and lists the basic approach in the current mainstream of accepted commercial banks process the West Bank of the construction.Refer to the approach of the process building in the West commercial banks.
