In nowadays, the commission is the main income of Securities Company. However, the era for high securities proceeds is gone. On the contrary, the competition is more fury among the Securities companies and the securities business is changing. Professional marketing is the necessary means that turns the product and the service of the securities company as profits, is also the method that wins in the competition.The Paper, as the background to the Guangzhou Department of Guo Xin Securities Company, deeply studies on marketing strategies of the Chinese securities brokerage business.firsrly, the article briefly introduces status of the China's securities brokerage business and the intense competitive environment, defines the meaning of the brokerage business marketing, and analysises the significance of good marketing practice in brokerage business. Then, the Author generally elaborate on marketing features and segmentation of China's securities brokerage business, and puts forward the services marketing mix of the Chinese securities brokerage business. Moreover, this paper simply introduces the Guangzhou Department of Guo Xin Securities Company, combining the basic marketing principles of securities brokerage business, detail analysises the marketing mix including products, prices, channels, marketing, personnel and process of the Guangzhou Department of Guo Xin Securities Company consisting of services and products innovation and brand management, commission designing, channels types and management, personal promotion and staff management, process control strategies. Finally, in order to make effective marketing system and defend the risk from marketing, author thinks that some systems should be take to enhance the performance efficiency which includes the plan and budget system, post job system, accomplishment follow system, investigating system and risk management system.
