Study On Status Quo And Development Of Engineering Consulting&Supervision

After over ten years fast development,Shaanxi engineering consult and supervision achieved great process.There are many companies and employees devoting themselves to the economic development and basic constructions in Shaanxi.However, Shaanxi is located in the west of China,the economy is underdeveloped and the engineering consult and supervision started late.So there is a big gap between ours and the developed areas' and foreign counties'.With the establishment of socialist market mechanism and its improvement,as well as China's successful entrance to WTO,the Commissioner of existing enterprises in Shaanxi province is facing a new challenge,which brings about deep thoughts on the development of the construction supervision in this new environment.Meanwhile,when the development of construction supervision in recent years is investigated,it is not difficult to find internationally-renowned consulting firms have had some shock on the domestic commissioner enterprises,which leads them to face an unprecedented challenge.Thus,the Commissioner of enterprises is.How can we bloom in the intense market competition,complete the transformation of modem enterprise management's system and formulate the enterprises' development plan which suits development is the problem of our provincial overseeing enterprises needs to be urgently solved.Through the survey of these fields,this thesis finds out the problems classified as law level,system level and enterprise level.On the basis of these,it suggests the development strategies on these three levels:consummate system of law and regulation;deepen the form on system of organization;cultivate the core competition of enterprise;draft the detail of the executive plans,such as consummate property policies, strict the marketing entrance regulation,consummate the development of field institute, improve the accomplishment of the employees....
