Employee engagement has great effect on the enterprise performance and the competitiveness of the enterprise.Results of investigations revealed that in China employee engagement is not high in general.The purpose of our study is to explore how employee engagement is influenced by some certain relevant factors and find ways of upgrading employee engagement.First summarize employee engagement investigation background and popular investigate method in oversea and local,aim at investigate purpose,method for further deep assessment.In additional take BM company as sample,questionnaire survey method and combine the method of face to face conversation were used to investigate enterprise employees and get difference score on 14 category regarding Employee Engagement.Results were pull out in terms of independent samples analysis,demonstration analysis,cross analysis, practicing summarize.Resulting of safety system issue and respecting as top 2 factors which impacting BM employees engagement,relative actions taken aim at top 10 question and some action still on progressing.This typical investigate method and results offer implication for corporation management in relative enterprise.
