Under the background of information globalization,the living environment of enterprises is more and more complicated and changeable.In order to stand out in the fierce competition,the organization need employees working hard.Therefore,maintaining a high level of professionalism is an important support for the enterprise.Since 2016,the level of engagement in domestic enterprises has gradually declined,and how to improve employee engagement is a serious problem for enterprises.In the organization,how to promote employee?s professional behavior is the top priority of the management work,the management style and behavior of the leader should be effectively matched with the work behavior of the employee,give further play to the effectiveness of the leader,so that the employee keeps a high level of investment in the work.The highly professional employee in the organization can be efficient,high quality to complete their own work and bring more outside i nput,only in this way can the overall enterprise develop better and better.In order to effectively improve the employee engagement,this paper studies the relationship between humble leadership and employee engagement,and help enterprises to improve the employee engagement.This research adopts the questionnaire survey to managers and their employees in enterprise of southern China as the research target,total collected 650 questionnaires and 547 valid questionnaires were recovered.This paper analyzes the collected date by using the statistical software of SPSS24.0,AMOS21.0 and Mplus7.0,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation,and hierarchical regression analysis method,to study the relationship between humble leadership and employee engagement,as well as the effect of employees? psychological safety and perceived organizational support.This study have found that:(1)the humble leadership has positive impacton employee engagement;(2)the humble leadership has positive impact on employees? psychological safety;(3)employees? psychological safety has positive impact on employee engagement;(4)employees? psychological safety has mediating effect on the relationship between humble leadership and employee engagement;(5)perceived organizational support has moderating effect on the relationship between employees? psychological safety and employee engagement;(6)perceived organizational support also moderates the mediating effect of employees? psychological safety between humble leadership and employee engagement.This study enriched the theoretical system of leadership style and employee engagement,widened the field of research perspective,and at a practical level for the enterprise how to improve employee engagement behavior put forward some reasonable suggestions,but his study also has certain limitations.In the future,we can develop a more suitable scale and a variety of research methods based on China?s National conditions,so as to solve the problems of enterprise management in China.
