With development of market economy,market competition is increasing fiercely and the marketing risk of electric power industry is also increasing gradually.This paper regards the marketing risk of electrical power equipment sale enterprise as research object and analyses various risk factors in the marketing process.Through monitoring, identification,diagnosis,evaluation,pre-warning and seeking best risk control measures, influence of marketing risk to enterprise survival and development is reduced and enterprise is enable to run in a safe way.Basing on study of risk management theory and marketing risk theory at home and abroad,this paper builds up a marketing risk pre-warning indicator system and extension pre-warning model of electrical power equipment sale enterprises.Through case study, series strategies of preventing and control marketing risk are given in the paper.The study result of the paper has important theoretical and practical significance to electrical power equipment sale enterprises on the aspects of creating marketing risk pre-warning system,controlling marketing risk and ensuring sustained and healthy development.
