Construction And Application Of Financial Risk Early Warning System For Electric Power Enterprises

The stable and sustainable development of power enterprise’s production and management can hardly do without the protection of early warning mechanism of financial risk. And with macro-economic slowdown, environmental policy is gradually deepening, another round of electric power system reform is about to begin. Lower electricity power consumption growth, sharper market competition, costs increased, electricity prices to fully reflect the cost problem gradually, while facing reforms such as enterprise restructuring and upgrading needs. Electric power enterprise’s internal and external environments are undergoing profound changes, production and operations management is becoming extremely unstable and the financial risks continue to increase. Allowing study the power of enterprise’s financial risk early-warning system construction and application becomes very important. Based on the relevant research and theory of financial risk early-warning, the article starts from characteristics analysis of power enterprises and inductive types of financial risk. First of all, from the point of view of financial management select the profitability, debt service, operations and financial indicators for the four dimensions of development. Secondly, from the use of enterprise technology and efficiency of operation, we select power supply standard coal consumption and equipment average utilization hours of two characteristics. Then we use efficacy coefficient method for improvement, establishing financial risk early-warning models. Finally, we select the company X as the research object for specific models. And from the perspective of perfecting the construction of financial risk early-warning system against power companies in optimizing their financial risk prevention, early warning and proposed relevant strategies and recommendations, and joined the enterprise organizational structure, systems and information transfer mechanisms and other aspects of the design and support improve the early warning system.
