Based on modern marketing theory,combined with the actual situation of the XJ Electric Co.,Ltd by shares(hereinafter referred to as XJ electricity ),this thesis presents a thorough study,.From several angels of the industry market analysis,market segmentation,target market selection and positioning,and competitive intelligences system,by analyzing the macro environment,industrial structure,the SWOT analysis method is adopted to the electric power secondary equipment of XJ electric,works out scientifically and systematically and practically the strategies based on the detail design in view of strategies of production,pricing,sales channels,marketing promotion and connection marketing.Additionally,the auxiliary design in this article finally is used to guarantee the marketing target of XJ electricity from the viewpoint of internal governance,management of sales teams,construction of competitive intelligence information.
