A Study Of Project Choice Measure For IT System Integrator

The IT technological development is swift and violent,and the information technology has brought the new opportunity and the challenge for the nearly all traditional industry.The investing on IT system becomes the key point for each large and middle scale enterprises.But facing multitudinous project opportunity,how do IT system integrator choosing the suitable project is a huge challenge.Firstly,this article classified all IT system projects on two level,Project modality and Project service type.Secondly,we set all the indexes element related closely with IT system integration project after the project classification,then build the index system.Thirdly, researched main methods and models qualitative and quantitative include the expert appraises method,SWOT analytical method,synthesis grading method.And researched main models of appraises including:analytical hierarschy process(AHP).Fourthly,designed a series of choice appraisal methods and models through the indexes' ponderance use AHP and value marked by experts,addition ponderance to calculate the result.Finally,have a study on the project choice meansure for HM according to the index system and model.HM approved the validity of the method and model by implement it.
