The Research Of Risk Management In The Indoor Coverage Reoject Of System Integrator

Risk management in the country has been widely recognized today, some companies are still not given sufficient attention to risk management, project risk management is not related to the formation of system and management system. Moreover, even if make some risk management to the project, most of them also based the point on side of the projects, while ignoring the interests of the construction.The article wants to use the research of risk management application about the indoor project,do the risk management from the view of actual construction, which promoting the enterprise to carry out risk management actively initiative.This considering risk management with the all related personnel, the whole process and all elements, based on the risk management theory of four steps (identification, assessment, response and monitoring), combined with the characteristics of room sub-projects, from the perspective of system integrators with specific case the room sub-project construction management of the entire life of precise analysis. In this paper, identify risks with the flow chart arrangement and brain storming. Analyzing risk by the method of risk evaluation index with matrix, developing the list of risk response. Finally, monitor the profit risk management results in sales, back section, profit which is the three major economic indicators. And abandon the assessment method of traditional quality, schedule, cost which is the three major indicators of project management. By the end of the risk control analysis, We found that this research improve to accomplish the task that economic indicators of the systems integrator for the indoor distribution projects.
