Study On Post-Evaluation Of Project Management For Fengcheng Power Plant Phaseâ…¡ Expansion Project In JiangXi Province

Through a comprehensive study on post-evaluation of project both at home and abroad, this paper used the post-evaluation of project management models and methods of foreign developed countries and the World Bank for reference,and put forward the research ideas of post-evaluation of project management.Combining with the actual situation of project management for Fengcheng Power Plant Phaseâ…¡Expansion Project in JiangXi Province,this paper used Logical Framework Approach for partial evaluation of the project management, and used Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for comprehensive evaluation of the project management.In the process of partial evaluation,the indicator systems of post-evaluation was established,which according to the management objectives of investment, quality,progress,safety and environmental.The five indicator systems laid the foundation for comprehensive evaluation.The purpose of partial evaluation is to evaluate whether the project management is successful or fail from all angles,and make an all-round summary of project management experience.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method was used for comprehensive post-evaluation of the project management for its use of more mature, objective and scientific advantages.The results of the comprehensive post-evaluation can measure the overall level of project management,and can be used as performance standards or reference.
