Study Of Economic Benefits Post Evaluation Of The Third Phrase Construction Project Of Haibowan Power Plant

Economic benefits post-evaluation for fire power project is important part of post-evaluation of fire power project. Based on actual data, it analyzed post-evaluation indexes and provided economic and financial decision of the yield management of the fire power firms. It is also useful to the same kind of construction projects.The paper first explained the general theory and method of post evaluation and put forward economic benefits post evaluation index system of fire power project. Then according to actual condition of the third phrase project of Haibowan Power Plant, it analyzed the indexes and compared economic benefits with the same kind of fire power projects with method of DEA. And then the study of economic benefits post evaluation of the third phrase construction project of Haibowan Power Plant was made. At last it summarizes the experiences and problem of the third phrase project of Haibowan Power Plant, and then puts forward the solving method. Our achievements in this research have practical and referential value to the future of the fire power project.
