Therefore,providing diversified portfolio of product and service has been victorious means for power enterprises in competition.This paper includes five.parts.Firstly,aiming at the demand of diversified service by power supply enterprises,the paper expands on the basic theory of diversified service..Secondly,it demonstrates the market classification of power consumption with power supply enterprise.Thirdly,on basis of the market classification,the paper puts forward the detailed diversified service strategy of power supply.Then,it analyzes and argues the effect of diversified service by power supply enterprise in some area.Finally,combined with diversified service strategy based on consumer credit rating,the paper develops consumer credit management information system using by power supply enterprises.
