With the electric power business continues to accelerate the pace of reform. Electric field of business management in an unprecedented situation, Such as the establishment of the electricity market, the monopoly of power companies began to shake, etc. These are the management of electricity companies raised even higher requirements, development of the situation based on the shortest possible time to keep up with demand, power companies using advanced research and international marketing, customer service, Guangzhou area of the power of advanced management methods. We focus 4 modules,18 core points and 38 points between the Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau and Singapore New energy company.In the first chapter, it describes the development process of the electricity market in Guangzhou as well as the opportunities and challenges facing today, which shows that Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau of the standard study of urgency. Singapore also described the formation and development of electricity market reform process, indicating that the new energy company in Singapore in the field of advanced customer service. Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau to prove that the new energy company with Singapore's research on the standard is feasible.In the second chapter, it shows the standard study of the structure.In the third chapter, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau and Singapore new energy company in the field of marketing, customer service four of the standard modules, 18 core concerns and 38 focused points are analyzed.In the fourth chapter, through the analysis of the corresponding difference between recommendations ,related measures are made.Results show that marketing service level of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau can be improved by taking some measures.
