Research On Science And Technology Quality Of Young Farmers

The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy, China's marching toward modernization, the people toward common prosperity, and comprehensively building a well-off society in the new period. To achieve this grand goal, rural areas, farmers are the focus and difficulties, especially young farmers. To build a new socialist countryside, being the main body - the quality of the young farmers directly determines the level of the process of building new countryside. Scientific and cultural quality is the quality of many farmers in the focus and core of China's farmers. overall scientific and cultural quality is not high in rural areas has become restricted the construction of the new "bottleneck."Against the phenomenon of China's peasants' current short-term education, poverty of science and technology and cultural qualities, low-skills of labor issues, etc. these skills, questionnaires, quantitative analysis, documentation of a combination of methods, are used in this paper, which is raised by the main line of scientific and cultural quality of farmers. We take Zhuzhou City in Hunan as an example. With a representative from the 300 farmers in the survey ,we have made a statistical analysis on the scientific, technological and cultural quality of the national young farmers on the status quo, to attend the training, master skills, scientific and cultural quality of the relationship between economic development and income and training content. We have concluded several factors, and other conclusions to impact on young farmers improving the quality of science and technology related to.Referring to the survey data based on farmers through science and technology and cultural qualities of the main problems and constraints young farmers to improve their quality of the analysis of relevant factors and concluded by the demand for new construction of rural farmers, the fifth chapter lays its emphasis on the corresponding strategies and specific countermeasures to raise the scientific and cultural quality of young farmers in China.
