In addition to that, there're some problems owing to that comic industry should have long-term industry chain and it is the very time that the company is in its ongoing transition.Therefore, this thesis points out the influencing factors to cartoon and comic industry in such fields as politics, legislature, economy, society and technology by analyzing the macro-environment of the industry through the method of PEST. Besides, this thesis makes clear the competitive advantages of the company and sets the development focuses for the company after careful analysis on the external environment of the Xoyto Comic Co. Ltd through market analysis, industrial analysis and competence analysis.In addition, reckoning with the existing internal resources and capacities of the Xoyto Comic Co. Ltd., this thesis offers some analysis and suggestions on the development strategy through SWOT. Suggestions are also made on specific measures of the development strategy of the Xoyto Comic Co. Ltd. Specific measures are proposed to implement of the developing strategies in its organizational structure, human resources, informatization and the enterprise culture.Cartoon and comic industry is a sunrise industry and also a high-risk industry.
