Shandong High-speed Qingdao Development Co,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Shan Gao Qingdao")is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Expressway Group.The company has a franchise of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge and Jiaozhou Bay Expressway for 25 years.In recent years,with the rapid development of expressway industry in China,the expressway enterprises have been developing constantly.However,as the highway toll is the important reason of the rising social logistics cost,more and more policy pressures have been borne in recent years.Since China’s highway network has been improving,and the new highway investment rate of return is low,especially highway has a deadline,China’s highway enterprises are faced with the sustainability of sustainable strategic issues.In the above situation,the company needs to strengthen the main business premise,to develop their own diversified development strategy to achieve the company’s sustainable development.This paper studies strategic management,diversified development strategy and diversified development strategy of expressway operation enterprises,obtains relevant theoretical support,and then analyzes internal resources and core competence,and the company’s diversified development strategy objectives,as well as the company’s position as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group,and the objectives of the company’s diversified development strategy,as well as the company’s diversified development strategy,as well as the external environment of the analysis,the company’s own strong and weak points,outer opportunities and threats.Strategy choice strategy and put forward safeguard measures against diversified strategic risks.This paper argues that,in view of the sustainable management problem faced by the company,we should make the adjustment of the industrial structure.On the basis of the further development of the expressway operation,seize the new opportunities brought by the industrial layout of Qingdao.Grasp the opportunity of urban infrastructure industry,and fully consider the current lack of experienced investment management team and diversified industry operating experience,the choice of the main use of equity participation,mergers and acquisitions and other capital operation means,and actively involved in logistics,marine bio-pharmaceutical industries,The strategic direction of emerging business growth.At the same time do a good job in project evaluation and management of safeguard measures to improve the industry research capabilities and investment fund-raising capacity,and actively seek policy support for the protection of the company’s overall industry to seek strategic transformation and upgrading,and strive to become the leading enterprises in the Jiaodong Peninsula region for the Group to achieve build Modernization,internationalization and efficiency of the integrated large enterprise group goals to make new and greater contributions.In this paper,we will further optimize the asset structure,resist systematic risks and enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of diversified strategic choice direction and orientation,and establish a new model of the company’s diversified development strategy.It can provide some reference for the diversified development of the regional expressway enterprises in China.
