A Study On The Development Strategy Of Leisure Industry In Tianxin Region

In modern society, leisure is not only a culture phenomenon, but also a economic motivity. The vigorous development of leisure industry will make a tripartite win-win situation of government, investors and citizens. Our life will be more significative and our city will be more energetic through arranging, organizing and leading leisure activities reasonably. Firstly, the paper conducted a premilinary analysis on leisure at home and abroad through data research. And then, the paper made definition of leisure and leisure industry according to the research purpose. On the basis of the research above, the paper has made systematic analysis on the economy, policy and social-cultural environment for the development of leisure industry in Tianxin region.In the third chapter, the paper analyzed the actuality and problems of leisure industry development in Tian Xin region through inner data analysis and questionnaire investigation. It found that leisure industry in Tianxin region has already begun to take shape, leisure activities has a local flavor, basic establishment construction has been strengthened and traditional culture has been promoted. Tianxin region can be developed rapidly and have achieved good results in recent years mainly in its unique advantages in leisure industry development, including obvious strategic location advantage, rich leisure resourses, deep historical-cultural background, rapid development of economy and so on. However, there were lots of problems in the leisure industry development. For example, residents'concept of leisure consumption is immature, leisure products is not rich, public welfare projects can't satisfy the requirement of citizens, the quality of leisure practitioners is not high, the guidance and management of leisure industry is very poor and so on.On the basis of analysis above, this paper put forward that we should make Tianxin leisure industry into a industry cluter with business service, culture, entertainment, community recreation, sightseeing, self-upgrade and so on, which will be competitive in Changsha city and Hunan province. We should follow four principles for the realization of the industry development purpose. Finally, this paper proposed specific measures for the development of leisure industry in Tianxin region. Such as improving citizens'understanding of leisure and leisure industry, constituting the development layout and support policy for leisure industry, enhancing the brand and integration of leisure industry, and strengthening the management and criterion of leisure industry.
