Study On Leisure Agriculture Development Of Guangzhou Nanshareclamation Company

With the development of national tourism,leisure agriculture shows a good trend of increasing in quantity,improving in quality and rational in layout,showing broad prospects.Guangzhou Nansha Reclamation Company(hereinafter referred to as Nansha Reclamation Company)took the initiative to adapt to the environment,made sustainable agricultural tourism with sustainable thinking,and vigorously developed the southernmost tourist industry in Guangzhou.Based on the research carried out by Nansha Reclamation Company,the land of Nansha Reclamation Company is mainly used in three aspects: tourism management of wetlands,aquaculture and planting.Therefore,this paper summarizes the development of leisure agriculture by Nansha Reclamation Company from three development directions:wetland tourism,recreational fishery and leisure planting.According to the research,three different types of leisure agriculture in Nansha Reclamation Company are at different stages of development.Wetland tourism has accumulated a lot of experience in leisure travel;recreational fishery is in the initial stage;and leisure planting industry is in its infancy.Nansha reclamation company has the conditions for the development of leisure agriculture,but there are also various problems in its development.Wetland tourism exists in a single form of tourism,integrated development is low;decentralized management of recreational fisheries exist,poor marketing tools;leisure planting industry there is the lack of talent,reducing the area of arable land and other issues.In order to carry out better research,this paper selects the concepts of leisure agriculture,leisure eco-agriculture,leisure fishing and leisure farming.Based on the theory of economic externalities,sustainable development and theory of tourism demand,we draw lessons from the successful experiences at home such as Xixi Wetland,Taiwan's recreational fishery and Guangzhou Dongsheng Farm to solve the problems currently encountered by Nansha Reclamation Company Difficulties,to better identify Nansha reclamation company leisure agriculture development.
