Whether is strong or not, it has a direct influence on the rise and fall of shipping industry or even international trade of a country. Carrying out analysis of the key factors of the competitiveness of shipping enterprises which is contributes to developing potentialities of the shipping enterprises, improving economic efficiency; helps to prefect and improve their management level of the shipping enterprises; provides the decision support for enterprises.This paper studies on the factors to influence competitiveness of shipping enterprises and key factor analysis and uses qualitative and quantitative method.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, content and effect of competitiveness of enterprises and then introduces what the core competence is.
