Study On The Management Mode Of Government Investment Project Of Rizhao

Government investment project plays a very important role in the country's economic activity as the practice of government's functions. At present, China's Government investment project is still majority in china's investment projects, the Government plays an important guiding role in the model of project. Therefore, in the reformation of government investment project, we should research and study the advanced experience from abroad to make China's actual situation in line with the international practice, which will raise the level and returns of government investment Project in china.Staring from the basic theory of the government investment project and the management status in Rizhao, in comparison with the advanced management modes of international government investment project, this paper proposes a total envisaged model and specific design ideas of government management project, and sets up a post-evaluation system of the government management project and an index system of the post-evaluation system,which will guide government investment project to develop quickly and reasonablely.This thesis consists of four parts as follows.The first part introduces the basic theory of the government investment project.The second part points out the main problems of management investment project in Rizhao on the basis of analysing the status of the government investment project in Rizhao city.The third Part analysis the advanced management modes of government investment project in domestic and foreign practice.The forth Part,drew from the advanced management mode of international government investment project and combined with the agent construction system,a total envisaged mode and combined with the agent construction system,a total envisaged model and specific design ideas of government management project are proposed, and a post- evaluation system of the government management project is set up.
