Performance management is critical for an enterprise to get the competitive edge. Many outstanding enterprise of china have been doing some reforms on the intrinsic Performance management system, but still have some problem such as localization deviation, ambitious duty of main body, short of encourage in the Performance management system. The reason for these problems is the inadequate acquaintance of the contemporary Performance management system and other relevance knowledge. Therefore, this thesis studies on establishing and appling of the effective enterprise Performance management system.According to the Performance management system structure , the thesis pay more attention to Performance target system and the process of Performance management. The Performance target system start at the strategy of corporation, then the keypoint of corporation trade , corporation strategy traget and critical performance index, the keypoint of department trade and critical performance index, at last put into effect on the station and the Performance management turn into the critical means to achieve organization strategy traget and enhance performance and ability of the stuff. The process of the Performance management has five steps: establish of the performance plan, carry out of the performance plan, performance evaluation, interview of performance feedback and the apply of the evaluation result. Through the performance management, performance target system will put into effect on the governors and employees. Therefore, the performance management and daily work will combine, and the corporation strategy will be put into effect. The thesis has discussed the further reasons for organizing and employees carrying out the Performance management. At the same time, The thesis has raised the Performance management viewpoint that organization and the stuff combine together based on"Human oriented".At last, the thesis studies in both the theory and practice means. Through studing the problems of the Performance management of the TG company , the thesis has bringed forward the effective resolve means and has putted in effect, which has theory direct meaning and reference practice meaning for establishing scientific and effective Performance management system for many enterprise in our country.
