Through the performance management, performance target system will put into effect on the governors and employees. Therefore, the performance management and daily work will combine, and the corporation strategy will be put into effect. The thesis has discussed the further reasons for organizing and employees carrying out the Performance management. Through studing the problems of the Performance management of the TG company , the thesis has bringed forward the effective resolve means and has putted in effect, which has theory direct meaning and reference practice meaning for establishing scientific and effective Performance management system for many enterprise in our country.
