Study And Design Of Enterprise Performance Management System Based On BPR

With the development of science, society and globalization, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce. The management of human resources increased gradually to business strategy decision-making level. Performance management is not only the key link of human resources management, but also a very important integral part of strategic management of business. In these days, how to implement the scientific and rational performance management successfully in enterprises is the focus of theoretical field and enterprise research.Firstly, on the basis of researching the current status of performance management at home and abroad this paper proposed a BPR-BPM model, and presented the processes of the BPR-BPM Model, also studied the theories about the BPR-BPM Model. Then given the process to build and implement the BPR-BPM Model in an enterprise. In order to ensure the decision for evaluation index more scientific and the evaluation result more objective, this paper proposed a performance management method based on processes nodes. Then on the basis of this method this paper designed the BPM of the BPR-BPM model. This model is based on the enterprise's strategic objectives and focus on variety of performance appraisal's merits. This can provide relevant theoretical basis and guiding methods for playing the important role and enhance the level of enterprise performance management.Secondly, with the guiding idea of "management visualization, process control, performance can examination" and the principle of ERP database resources sharing this paper realized the analysis and design of the BPM information systems. And presented the design program about system functions, architecture and database design, the BPM information system provides a new idea to enhance the level of enterprise performancemanagement.Finally, this paper gave a summary for the research results of this paper and gave a prospect for the following study.
