Nowadays the business competition between enterprise is gradually changing to the competition between the supply chains of enterprise,and the quality of supply chain has been one of core competition between the supply chains.The concordant operation of supply chain is based on the high quality information transmission and sharing between joint enterprises.In order to improve the quality control of supply chain,sepecially the supplier management,and to make the quality control of supply chain,especially the supplier management,and to make the quality of supply chain more competitive,the traditional management thoughts based on the single enterprise has to be abandoned,and all the business activities and processes of the enterprise interior and between the joint enterprises of the supply chain of enterprise exterior should be integrated as one functional process,and the effective quality control of this integrated process should been implemented.Because of the conception and scope localization of the traditional supply chain and supply chain management,and because of the teaditional quality control over focused on the enterprise interior activities and processes, this thdsis firstly developed the conception of supply chain and supply chain management,and secondly studied the quality conteol under supply chain,and thirdly analyzed the methodological and systematic applicability and localization of the teaditional quality control in the supply chain management,and fourthlyexplained the developed conception of quality control of supply chain.This thesis also studied the importance and main functions of quality control in modern,supply chain management ,the quality control criteria and measures under the supply chain,and the strategy and its implementation.The operational poincipia and methods of supplier management,which are especially important for the quality control of supply chain,also were detailedly xonered in this thesis.This thesis completed the content of the teaditional quality control in modern supply chain management,developed related theory,and provided practical guidelines an theory supports to the supply chain quality control,in aspects of criteria and measures.steategy and its implementation,and operational methods.
