Research On The Impact Of Supplier Behavior On Quality Management And Performance Of Supply Chain

The focus of supply chain management has not only limited to a single e nterprise, but began to emphasize through the integration of upstream suppliers,downstream customers and customers’ to enhance the overall performance of s upply chain. With the degree of attention to supply chain management continu ous improving, relevant scholars and practitioners have to rethink of the pattern of supply chain management. The key of enterprise and its supply chain to i mprove the overall performance and access to sustainable competitive advantage is the effective integration of supply chain and supplier quality management.This paper sets agricultural enterprises as research object and completes th e questionnaire’s design, distribution and recovery through reading relevant liter ature and corporate research, on the base of supply chain quality management theory and methods. In this paper,the author constructs supplier behavior to s upply chain quality management and performance structural equation impaction model, and empirical analysis of 232 valid sample data is carried out. The aut hor divides supplier behavior into opportunistic behavior, sharing behavior, coo perative behavior, and set them as independent variables. The author evaluate s upply chain performance from financial performance, production and service pe rformance, supply chain performance, study supply chain quality management fr om enterprise internal quality management, supplier quality management perfor mance,and set as a dependent variable. The conclusions are drawn as follows:Opportunistic behavior has a significant negative impact on financial performa nce and enterprise internal quality management; Sharing behavior has a signific ant positive effect on financial performance, supplier quality management, enter prise internal quality management; Cooperative behavior has a significant positi ve effect on production services performance, supplier operation performance, s upplier quality management, enterprise internal quality management, supplier qu ality management; enterprise internal quality management has a significant posit ive effect on financial performance, production services performance; Supplier q uality management has a significant positive effect on financial performance.To sum up, the paper provide practical suggestions on dealing with suppli er behavior and Supply chain quality management and performance improveme nt through analyzing supplier behavior’s impaction on supply chain quality man agement and performance.
