| Human Resources are the first importance in the developing of the economy. Actually,the competition of a company is the competition of the Human resources.The one who gets key talents will get the opportunity.The strategic target can be achieved effectively when Human Resources are developed availably and managed reasonably,workers' positivity and creativity are mobilized fully.At present,as the rapid development of China's economy,many MNC (Multi-National Corporation) have been paying more attention to China.In this investment highlight,they contest not only China's resource and market,but China's excellent talents.Since 90s,Japan has been making the third investment upsurge in China.However,some of Japanese enterprises still consider China as a source of cheap work force,which not changed with its different idea about China economy from previous,the unchanged idea must cause many problems in HR management.This article first explains Japan's HR management mode and its characteristic, analyses the problems and challenges of HR in Japanese enterprises,gets the conclusion that the problems exists in the workers' development,salary system and enterprise culture,then researches and discuses the problems existing in HR and countermeasures,gives suggestion to the Japanese firms in China about the HR.This article exploits this way-"theory integrates fact",deeply investigates enterprises,and provides corresponding measurement based on enterprises' HR management practices,which and can avoid theory detaches from practice,make the conclusion more concrete and operable,and have some practice guide effect on Japanese enterprises in China. |
