Since the reform and opening up,a large number of cheap labor,huge consumer market and preferential foreign investment policies have attracted a large number of foreign enterprises to invest and build factories in China.Because Japan is similar to China in terms of culture,history and religious belief,and the geographical location between the two countries is very close,China has become an ideal country for Japan's overseas direct investment.However,due to the great achievements of Japanese management mode in modern times and the recognition of the international public,Japanese enterprises have a more obvious sense of superiority in China's management.Therefore,after entering the Chinese market,they usually copy the successful management experience of Japanese domestic production enterprises and apply their unique island root enterprise culture,national culture and management mode to the actual operation and management.However,although China and Japan are neighbors and close in territory,there are obvious differences in culture.If the Japanese management mode is copied blindly,it will inevitably cause collision on the cultural level,which causes many cross-cultural management problems in the actual development process of enterprises in China,thus to a large extent,limiting the growth of enterprises in the Chinese soil.Based on the understanding and cognition of cultural differences and cross-cultural management,this paper,from the perspective of multi-cultural integration,applies the theoretical research results of related predecessors in cross-cultural management to help T company find and solve the problems encountered in cross-cultural management in China,analyzes the causes from the root of cultural differences,and links the related theories of cross-cultural management In the practical management,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme to solve the problem,gives the effect comparison before and after the optimization scheme,and looks forward to the expected effect.Finally,the implementation plan and guarantee of the optimization scheme are designed,so that the scheme can play itseffect and role.Through the research of T company,we can help T company realize the objective existence of cross-cultural problems and the importance of cross-cultural management,and further clarify the corporate vision based on this,so as to achieve the performance growth of T company in China.
