The vigorous development of China’s economy has attracted many Japanese enterprises to invest in China,which not only creates conditions for Japanese enterprises to expand the market and improve profits,but also promotes the flow of resources in the Chinese market.At the same time,more and more employee management under different cultural backgrounds have brought many new problems to human resource management.Therefore,cross-cultural management,especially cross-cultural human resource management,began to receive more attention and attention from multinational enterprises,and became an important organizational part of multinational enterprises’ strategic management.Taking H corporation as an example,this article analyzes and studies the cross-cultural human resource management of Japanese companies in China.Firstly,through the questionnaire survey method,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in H company,and comes to the conclusion that the main issues in human resource management in H company is cross-cultural conflict.Sort out the important impacts of these problems on the company’s operation.Secondly,based on the methods of and interview,this article makes a detailed study on the deep reasons in the present cross-cultural human resource management of H company,including the differences between Chinese and Japanese traditional culture,ideas and behavior,as well as the difficulty of cultural synergy and cultural integration.Finally,aiming at the cross-cultural human resource management of H company,this paper formulates the optimization principles and objectives,and puts forward a series of specific countermeasures to eliminate the cross-cultural conflict.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of cross-cultural human resource management optimization scheme of H company,guarantee measures are provided from the aspects of organization and system.Finally,aiming at the cross-cultural human resource management of H company,this paper formulates the optimization principles and objectives,and puts forward a series of specific countermeasures to eliminate the cross-cultural conflict.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of cross-cultural human resource management optimization scheme of H company,guarantee measures are provided from the aspects of organization,system and implementation. |
