With the development of economic globalization, between the country and the country cooperation closely ceaselessly, world each area of the enterprise also begins ceaseless and outward expanding their scale, multinational enterprises have become the world, the expansion of power, to develop a broad international market, looking for low cost and high output production base and the only way which must be passed. This makes the transnational enterprises have to face the multicultural development of the situation, cultural characteristics, differ in thousands of ways, culture and culture have differences lead to cultural conflict, cultural conflict of transnational business enterprises and cross-cultural management has increasingly become a transnational enterprise management the focus of attention.The Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprises as the research object, through the cultural meaning and cultural conflict, cultural conflict, the classification stage, the form and reason analysis, combined with the cross cultural management theory, through specific Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprise transnational management in the problems of analysis, transnational business strategy management discuss and study. The paper first elaborates the cross-cultural management research background, the research goal and the significance, research contents and methods at home and abroad as well as the research situation, and then systematically expounds the culture, corporate culture, cultural conflict and foreign cross-cultural management of the classical theory, then analyzed the Sino-Japanese joint venture, the expression of culture conflict forms, reasons, these cultural conflict on transnational operation of enterprises management a lot of influence. Then through the analysis of the case method, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprise as an example, combining with the investigation data, the current existence of cross cultural management in the specific issues, analyzes on the cultural characteristics and management mode, influencing factor, put forward China-Japan Joint Venture in the operation and management in view of Sino-Japanese cultural conflict the suggestion and the countermeasure, finally to China in the joint venture of the road to the future development is forecasted.
