China has close trade relations with Arab countries,and China has investment advantages such as broad market prospects and cheap labor,But for those who directly enter the Chinese market without understanding and analyzing Chinese culture,the result will inevitably be a failure.Based on the nature of cultural differences and combined with cross-cultural theory,this study provides useful guidance for established Arab enterprises in China or newly established Arab Chinese enterprises.It is of great significance to further discuss future development goals,directions,and cross-cultural management.In the course of the research,this article surveys the employees of Arab enterprises in Yiwu and specifically investigates the problems existing in the cross-cultural management of foreign-funded enterprises in China.Cross-cultural Management in foreign countries This paper has a certain degree of innovation by studying the cross-cultural management of foreign enterprises in China.This article designs and analyzes the cross-cultural management interviews and surveys of Arab enterprises in Yiwu in China.The concepts of operation and management in management,values in cross-cultural management,cross-cultural communication methods,and cross-cultural thinking methods are analyzed.The problems in the cross-cultural management of Arab enterprises in China mainly exist in the aspects of human resource management,operation,values,communication,and way of thinking.After analyzing relevant issues,constructive suggestions are put forward for the problems found in the research.It mainly includes six parts,including perfecting human resources management,perfecting business philosophy,perfecting values,perfecting communication systems,and perfecting ways of thinking.Due to the limited level of research,there are still many deficiencies in this study.I hope to further strengthen the research on this subject in my future work and study,especially in the process of work,I should pay more attention to the issue of cross-cultural management. |
