In the basis of projekt emergencing process of VW Group, FAW-VW establishes his project management process, on a high starting point. However, FAW-VW set up project management model a relatively short time the public and also need to match the actual situation and to improve and refine further.Through the analysis of the state of quality management in the project before the Acceptance stage, a number of problems are founded, for example: Project planning problem leading to increased project quality risk;project resulted in inadequate control over the quality of the slow reform; product design did not fully reflect the user's expectations and demands of lead users complain; inadequate design risk analysis and inadequate measures lead to recurring quality problems;the issue of logistics and transport and packaging of spare parts resulted in dirt, damage, deformation and other quality problems; awarding to the suppliers with inadequate quality capacity lead to that quality problems can not be solved for a long period of time. For the acceptance phase, through the audit results meta-analysis to the whole product found a number of key issues: purchased parts, welding and assembly of parts lead to matching problems; stamping, drawing, sheet metal irregular problem caused by the production process, such as as well as combined pressure;the deformation of outsourcing parts and come from assembly process; Welding and assembly process caused by pit and scratch; Assembly process caused by dirt problem; Hue, brightness and gloss inconsistent.In response to these quality problems, through the anlysis from the "people, machines, materials, law, environment" the five aspects is found: first, person factor.
