The Metrology Testing System For Ningbo Power Ltd. Company

It is necessary to construct a new metrology testing system and to improve its quality of metrology management for Ningbo Power Ltd- Company- It is also important for the company to set up a new metrology testing system to raise the quality management level and to enhance the competence ability of the organization-The theories and methods of the metrology testing system are introduced in the thesis- The key management theories and methods in ISO-10012 standards are expounded- Especially the eight quality management principles and the process management theories are analyzed in details for creating a metrology management system- At last, a new metrological management system has been set up after the metrological documents are transformed according to ISO-10012:2003 Measurement Management Systems-The ideas and methods of the process management are introduced into the new metrology management system in which the measurements are considered a process- In the new system, the measurement processes have been dynamically controlled from the plan, discrimination and design to the implement of measurements- The management responsibility and metrological function are enhanced for improving the metrological consciousness and management abilities of the top management of the company and raising the measurement levels and abilities of personnel involved in the new measurement management system- The statistics as well as other applied mathematics are recommended into the new system for making more scientific decisions and metrological managements-It is proved that the new metrological management system can satisfy the requirements of quality management of the company and can guarantee the measuring equipment in a valid calibration status and the processes under controlled conditions and ensure the measurement data reliable- We hope that our results may help other power organizations in constructing their metrology testing systems-...
