Study On The Execution Of The Quality Management System Of Guangdong Province Metrology Institute, Based On The Perspective Of Policy Implementation

The quality management system plays an important role in promoting the scientificdevelopment of the detection mechanism in Guangdong province. From the current actualwork of domestic and foreign institutions of measurement, most metering mechanism havealready developed the quality management system for detection technology institutions in theregion.Through the exploration and development, Guangdong Province Metrology Instituteobtained the certain degree development for detection technology institutions, implementingthe quality management system work, but still meets some problems, such as insufficiency ofMetrology Institute and quality supervision departments’s supervision and inspection,inadequation of staff quality and regulatory measures to adapt to the regulatory needs,internal management is chaotic detection mechanism so that the quality management systemimplementation is not in place. These problems have restricted the Guangdong ProvinceMetrology Institute to executive the quality management system smoothly, how to solve theproblem and to better promote the implementation of quality management system ofGuangdong Province the Metrology Institute, has been a big issue for Guangdong Provincemetrology institute.Based on this consideration, this paper based on the Guangdong Province MetrologyInstitute, focus on executing metering quality system, from the perspective ofpolicy implementation, the implementation of the quality management system of GuangdongProvince Metrology Institute has been conducted the thorough research. The basic situation inthe implementation of quality management system work in Guangdong Province Institute isanalyzed, and pointed out the problems and reasons existing in the implementation process,and then summarizes the experience of some domestic and foreign mechanism to carry outthe quality management system, gaining important information for this article research.Finally puts forward some measures to perfect the execution of quality management systemwork for Guangdong Province Metrology Institute.
