Research On Schedule Management Of Advanced Metrology Research Project In Aerospace Shenzhou Metrology Institute

The goal of the project schedule management is ensuring that the projectobjectives are achieved in project construction period. Project schedulemanagement is a dynamic, systematic, comprehensive management. It needs thedepartment in charge of the project, the functional departments and project staffworking closely and hard in order to achieve the purpose of schedulemanagement. Project schedule management is not a single management. Itsessence is influenced by many factors. Project schedule is a comprehensivereflection of the management status of management thinking, managementmethods, organization structure, working process and policy system. It fullyshows the work quality and management level of the project institution.The space technology of our country is very advanced in the world. But thelevel of project management is weak, especially the level of project schedulemanagement. This phenomenon is limiting the realization, application anddevelopment of space technology. The research object of this dissertation is theproject schedule management for the advanced metrology research project inaerospace Shenzhou metrology institute. It researches on making up the defect ofmilestone scheduling, introducing risk consciousness, establishing informationtechnology, adopting strong matrix organizational structure. This dissertationputs forward the improvement measures of project schedule managementsystematically in management thought, management methods, organizationalstructure, management process and system. Hope these measures of improvingthe project schedule management can provide some significance.
