The enterprise strategy is vital to an enterprise, deciding the sustainable development of the enterprise. For Hunan Huanda Road & Bridge Corporation, the strategy of market developing is extremely important, determining the survival of the corporation, influencing the buildup of core competitiveness and further development. To work out market developing strategy conforming to the practical enterprise condition, it is necessary to study external enviroment & internal capability of the corporation and further clarify, enhance & develope the market with core competitiveness.Based on the theories of applied strategy management, corporation finance, human resources, science of organizational behavior, marketing and managerial economics, by means of strategy management tools such as Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT, this paper take Africa market of Hunan Huanda Road & Bridge Corporation as study target, analyzing external environment and processed resources of Hunan Huanda, deeply studying the policy orientation, the current situation and development trends of basic traffic facilities in China and African countries, carefully analyzing the present condition of the corporation to find key advantages, opportunities of the market developing strategy, improve internal disadvantages and get around exterior threats. Combining the new situation, new concept and new characters of strategy management of information time to propose the African market developing strategy of Hunan Huanda i.e. Hunan Huanda should take stregnthen strategy in Africa to position its market developing strategy on contracting medium-scale road projects in east Africa markets.Firstly this paper analyze the externally developing environment in Africa market of Hunan Huanda Road & Bridge Corporation and make a standard analysis for the same with PEST and Porter's Five Forces Model on the basis of studying backgroud, researching significance and theory summary. Secondly it set forth internal condition of the corporation from the internal resources and capability of Hunan Huanda. Thirdly it propse Africa market developing strategy of Hunan Huanda by searching for chances, threats, advantages and disadvantages with SWOT Analysis. Finally it work out protection measures for the implementation of Africa market to fulfill developing strategy.
