The market’s needs are changeing continuously,the competition is increasingly fierce and it is developing rapidly in science and technology, under this situation, the survival and development of a corporation is facing more and more rigorous challenge and standing severe tests.In this case, the corporation needs to make the timely strategy adjustment to adapt to the new environment, then harvest the market, opportunities and get continuous growth.Since2004, the price of international crude oil increased rapidly. The cost for all kinds of packing products’raw materials and subsidiary materials (for example, PP/PE raw material, suporting material ect.) increased rapidly accordingly. Under this situation, the plastic packing corporation, especial for the manufactory of plastic pails is coming into an age of slim margin. Today, the market development of plastic packing corporations are staying a status of complete competition which has caused big challenges and pressures for the corporation’s profit and market share. But from another hand, the competition has also promoted the industry to be a higher technological content, when the market has asked the plastic packing products industry to continuously upgrade the quality requirements, it also has led the industry to fresh the entire industry and achieve " survival of the fittest" through technical renovation.SW specializes in plastic pails, it’s a private enterprise which sets design, research, manufacture, sales and services as a whole. Since it was set up four years ago,it has built up the factorys, sales and service groups in ChangZhou,GuangZhou and TianJing.As a corporation of RMB3000millions of annual sales amount,SW has standing the leader position in the relative industry market of China basing on powerful technic research ability;perfect products series and sales networks:the competition status in the high-end market and providing perfect services for the customers ect. At the same time,under the pressure of the raw material suppliers,big customers and the servere competition.the profit and market share has been effected continuously, speacking without exaggeration,it has been seriously endangered the industry’s current and future survial and development.How to get rid of the current predicament has become the first issue of SW.In this paper,SW is an object of study.Basing on the relative theories,it works out SW’s existing problems through analysising enternprise’s outer enviroments,inner enviroments,industry enviroments and competition enviroments ect.lt therefore concludes SW’s advantages and shortcomings, challenges and opportunities ect.. It also works out SW’s future development strategy and strategy implementation method.
