The Use Of Information System In Modern Enterprise Human Resource Management

Nowadays, with the development of the human resources administration, using the information technology to enhance the human resources administration has been the key of the success of an enterprise. Developing a set of low-price, easy-use and easy-maintenance human resources system can not only make the daily administration easy, but also associate the administrator to understand the company development and provide the reasonable evidence to them. To the port enterprises, it is widely happened that the administration level, the human literature level and the operation level of the computer are low. So how to meet the requirement of the user to improve the administration, as well as make the user understand the operation and maintenance of the system based on current computer operation level has been the most important part of the system.In this essay, the background, the motive of the project, the information administration system and process of ERP are introduced first. Then the user information and requirements are explained.
