R Group W Company's Costing Process Reengineering Study Under Oracle In Motor Manufacturing Industry

The trend of economic globalization,the increasingly fierce competitive environment and rapidly changing market environment,requiring companies to continue to strengthen cost management and control.To achieve this goal requires enterprises possess advanced cost management concepts and effective cost management processes.Without the financial information platform,it is impossible to establish a set of effective cost management mechanism.How to build a suitable cost management mechanism for enterprise characteristics through this platform has become the main research topic of financial information management.This paper mainly studies the cost management mechanism of motor manufacturing industry based on financial information platform.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,meaning and ideas.Secondly,it introduces the theory of ERP and cost management,the history of ERP system and Oracle ERP modules.Taking the case of W company as an example,this paper expounds the current situation of cost processes and the business pain points,then we analyze and propose overall solutions based on Oracle ERP information platform,it covers the sales orders,product design,procurement inquiry,costing,customer pricing,production execution,material control and finished good delivery process design and implementation recommendations.Taking the advantage of implementation,it helps company sort out and standardize the business data,so that the cost is more intuitive and easier to analyze.Through the process reengineering to enhance the cost of management accuracy and business management level,thereby enhancing the production efficiency.The purpose of this research is to use the advanced ERP theory and the best management idea to arm the enterprise's brain,to utilize the excellent information technology and the advanced cost management pattern to arm the enterprise's hands and feet in the face of the increasingly fierce competition environment.Based on above mentioned to establish a long-term competitiveness and a long-term suitable development of enterprises.Through the W company's Oracle ERP project cost process design and implementation,hope to give other motor manufacturing companies and other industries to provide some useful experience and lessons.
