Since twenty-first Century, along with the information technology and the development of global integration, enterprises are facing the increasing pressure of competition. The enterprise is facing the situation of product renewal speeds up unceasingly, constantly accelerating technological innovation, customer needs changing with each passing day, fierce market competition situation. Enterprises should be in such a competitive market environment, will not be eliminated and more live better, not only improve the yield and quality of products, improve production efficiency and control the cost, but also the enterprise management focus from enterprise management mode should also be decentralized management into intensive management. How the enterprise through the information system construction, the introduction of scientific management ideas, enhance the level of supply chain management, to achieve maximum benefit, has been widespread concern the problem of Chinese enterprises.ERP, an abbreviation of Enterprise Resources Planning, is an abbreviation, refers to the integration and optimization of enterprise resources as the goal, based on information technology, based on a systematic management idea, provides a decision tool management platform for enterprise decision-makers and staff. It is from the MRP (material requirement planning) development, jumped out of the traditional boundary of the enterprise, to optimize enterprise resources from the scope of supply chain. It improved the business flow of the enterprise, reduce the operation cost, has the important role in improving management efficiency. At present, more and more enterprises, through the implementation of ERP system, to introduce advanced management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.M communication group is a nationwide telecommunications operators, it was in January 6,2009, with the approval of the State Council, composed of two large telecom enterprise merged. M Communications Group, a provincial branch is the original M communication group branch in the province and another communications group in the province branch merge and. With the constant deepening of business integration, business scale constantly improve, M group decided to build a new ERP system, through the system integration, to drive the organization, system, a full range of integrated services. Branch as the focus of the company of M group, consistent with the group’s plan, with the ERP system construction work as a core task of this province. The implementation of ERP system mainly based on financial management module mainly.The implementation of ERP system in this paper through the case study of M group a provincial branch of the methodology of Oracle implementation, in accordance with the train of thought, from the ERP implementation background, the implementation of planning, business solutions, implementation process and several stages of analysis, and combined with the problem of the practice and experience summing up. Finally the effect of the implementation of new ERP system on-line company after the experiences are summarized, and put forward some suggestions on the implementation of the follow-up of ERP system.
