Research at home and abroad generally believes that employee development and enterprise development are interdependent.If an enterprise wants to gain more competitive advantages,it should comprehensively consider the match between employees' career development needs and enterprise post needs,provide more career development channels for employees,and help employees clear the development direction,especially the development channels for technical personnel.Enterprises should pay more attention to them,because their stability represents the future of the enterprise.Compared with the western developed countries,the research in this field in China started late.The management methods of enterprises are relatively weak.Although many enterprises have begun to set up career development channels,and also made some simple technical ratings for the internal technicians of enterprises,the practical effect is not ideal.There are few articles on the development direction of pure technical personnel,especially for the private enterprises.It is a complex thing to evaluate the level of technical personnel in an enterprise.There are many factors to consider.And the influence proportion of these factors is also different.Some need experts to evaluate and grade,some need to complete the examination,so in this complex process,how to choose experts and consultants,how to set up examination papers and so on will affect the evaluation results,and it is difficult to obtain the quantitative data of the influence degree of each factor more truly and accurately.With the help of fuzzy mathematics theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method describes the importance of various factors that are not easy to be quantified by setting weight,quantifies some factors that are not clear in boundary and are not easy to be quantified,and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the subordinate grade of the evaluated things from multiple factors.This method is very suitable for the grade evaluation of the internal technical personnel of enterprisesBased on the systematic study of the promotion channels of technical personnel at home and abroad and the management methods of employees in enterprises,this paper summarizes the current situation of the research on professional development theory and professional title evaluation at home and abroad,and finds out the management pain points of technical personnel in enterprises.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the paper makes an in-depth study on the rank evaluation of enterprise technical personnel.Using the method of combination of theory and practice,the conclusion of the study is verified through the evaluation of the internal engineer level of K enterprise,which provides some reference for other enterprises to evaluate the level of technical personnel in the future.
