| In the knowledge-based economy era, the status and role of human resources in the enterprise management activities become more prominent, and the management concept of "People-oriented" has been enhanced unprecedentedly. Since the traditional performance appraisal can no longer adapted to the development requirement of technical personnel, a new way of performance appraisal used to examine technical personnel's work and activities is urgently needed. Technical personnel have become the most important strategic resource and the essence of competition of enterprises in progress of their development.Founded by Professor Chad, fuzzy mathematics is a new development direction in mathematics after the classical mathematic and mathematical statistics. Fuzzy mathematics extends the application of mathematic from the field of accuracy to fuzziness. This dissertation majors in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operator concerning technical personnel's performance appraisal.In the beginning, on the basis of consulting plenty of domestic and foreign literature, the research situation of performance appraisal is summarized in the dissertation, and the theoretical basis is pointed. Secondly, through the literature analysis and experience summary, the technical personnel's common feature is found, and the index system of technical personnel's performance appraisal is derived after selecting the needed index. Thirdly, based on index system, weight vector of technical personnel's performance appraisal is obtained by using the model of improved analytic hierarchy process. Fourthly, under the premise of that the weight vector has some certain endentiousness; this dissertation draws the optimal operators of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on technical personnel's performance appraisal by studying the five common fuzzy operators, through physical significances' research and practical data's indication.Finally, taking the Harbin Dongan Industrial Development Co.as example, this dissertation makes empirical study on the application of performance appraisal based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on performance appraisal introducing the optimal operators mentioned above. |
