As the aircraft-repairing company owned by the equipment department of the air force, there are some problems of the basic management in the XXXX factory, such as the waste of time, the imbalance of the manufacturing plan and the loss of the logistic information. The paper has used the IE methods and the modern management tools as BPR to diagnosis the business processes and then gives the new business processes in order to level up the efficiency and quality of the factory, also provides the base of leveling up the management.First of all, the paper makes much research in the papers and then brings up the development and future of the aircraft-repairing industry. Then the paper introduces the higher management level is required for the fast development of the industry and the desire for improving the companies by themselves and the characters of the aircraft-repairing companies. Then the paper has taken a further study in the manufacturing process now in the special process branch factory, analyzed it and then improved the processes, using the IE methods and the modern BPR tools. Besides, the paper has also analyzed the logistic process and restructured it to be more scientific and efficient. At last, the paper has summarized the experience of the BPR and given some instructions in taking out it. Then the paper gives an overview of the applications of BPR in the aircraft-repairing industry.
